If you can remove the drawer above, you may be able to tap on the inside of the drawer front from above. Careful ... you do run the risk of popping the drawer front off the drawer. If you can remove the drawer below, sometimes you can get an L-shaped pry bar behind the back of the drawer and exert some extra force that way.
A candle or a bar of soap. I never would have thought of that... it's so... MacGyver... LOL :)
