@HardyBoyFan101 Well just taking a random guess, But when you watch Band of Brothers, they are never far distance from battle, they are always holding the front line, securing objectives, or waiting on orders. I just think they wouldn't really use a sniper that much.

all the men who fought in ww2 for this freedom that we take for granted thees days were heroes! keep that in mind ! not all of them had a chance to tell the the world what they went thru! Easy company showed the world the price payed for the freedom we enjoy today!I'm young and i admit that if i haden't seen Band of Brothers i woulden't care much about these men!But now i have all the respect in the world for these soldiers! sorry for my bad english.

If you've ever read the book there's a story in there about Shifty that really stuck with me. When he was on lookout he noticed a tree that wasn't there before. It was about a mile away in a town on the outskirts of a forest (so there were lots of trees) and yet he still managed to notice this new one. The tree had been put up to hide an anti-aircraft gun or something (it's been years since i read the book) But I think it really illustrates the special kind of guy Shifty was. RIP Shifty.
