hi steve i want to know n82 better than n85 or not? all features same in both but n82 has xenon flash and n85 has oled display. but i read in articals that oled display will be lose about 5 years so i want to know what ur opinion which is better?? plz reply :(

Hi steve. How's the camcorder on the nokia N82, i mean black as well as the original? Is the quality of the video same or better than the N95?

the N82 own my n95 8 gig.. that is much better than my regular n95. the sad storry is they have taken away the microsd slot on the 8gig wersion. i have now sold both my n95's and got myself an n82 where the camera is better! it feels 100% more solid! shure the screen feels mutch less than my 8gig n95 but certainly not small! i love my n82. but i dont mind an old geek who cant give the n82 his acceptance

its not worse its a nicer lookng version of the n95 with faster loading times for both start up, camera and overall navigation. how is the camera worse?

you buzz off the n95. all it is is n95 this and n95 that. no other phone is good enough. the n82 is better than the n95. faster better camera etc. the n95 is a slow brick. you just won't admit it because you buzz off it

The N82 isn't better. It's got fiddly buttons, a smaller and much dimmer screen and a slightly worse camera (flash excepted).

I wanted to know, when using the tv out function on the N95, does everything that shows up on the N95's screen show upon the connected tv or just the recorded videos? Hi Steve, just found your show and It is very informative!! Its helping me make a decision between N95 8GB, E90 and N82. I'm leaning towards N95 8GB. the E90 lookd too big for my taste and I don't really like the keys an the N82. I have a se w610 that has similar skinny keys and they are not easy to use.

The keypad is actually quite nice on the n82. No complaints. The d-pad does take a bit of getting used to. I have beaten snakes with it, so isn't all that bad.

hi steve do you mind if iwant to ask questions about n82.Are the keypads is easy to use( bcoz it is small and the gap is little), is the keypad number can be seen if im in a dark area bcoz u say that the light is deam and is the sensor is easy to work with. how is the sound(music) quality compared to n73 (is the volume higher than n73). is the hp has many disadvantages(if yes plz stated it) i really appreciate ur answers bcoz i kinda buyin tis phone. tq.

I was always looking for a Non slide alternative to the n95 because I really dislike sliders but the n82 buttons are too small. Finger nails will break down the buttons easily.

Hey redshovel, I upgraded from an iphone to N95 8GB too :D may change back to the iphone if they include 3g support. In this day and age 3g is vital, it's considered bare minimum, what with the fact that iphone can render full websites perfectly. Too frustrating waiting for a webpage to load up compared to the N95 which shows you the page while you load up.

3inch plus screen vs 2inch plus screen!! You cant really compare the two. One is built with a large screen that can allow for a more complete view of the web and the other is built as standard for limited time on the web. You cant expect a full web experience on a small screen, its not its fault.

These things are built for purpose.

Internet tablet with phone vs Phone with quick view internet access. Different worlds, different purposes.

That keypad arrangement on the n82 looks terrible. Ruined what looks like a really nice phone. Going to stick to my N95 8GB which replaced my iPhone after I seen your review of the N95 8GB on a previous show. What's your thinking on an n82i with a proper keypad being launched in 6 months? I only ask cause I love my n95 8GB but also liked the candy bar design more than sliders.
