Get Lemaire as a coach = overachieving against all odds but no one wants to join the team thanks to his system. Drafting Gaborik: Fantastic player when he's healthy... which is about ten games a season.
Letting Rolston, Brunette, Demitra and Gaborik walk for nothing... great call Dougie. Only drafting 5 to 7 decent players in the last nine yrs. Don't let the door hit ya.
