@unitim I would not be a genius if I cut them with a mitre saw because they would not fit. If you notice, the templates have a "belly" cut out of the middle of them. If you cut a straight mitre cut, you will end up with a gap in the middle of your corner as the corner is rounded & not flat. That's why I would encourage you to make a couple of templates. Cut a few & see what will work then make some templates so each time you cut your actual pieces, they will be right. Good luck. Joe :0
@brentglittle See how I cut the templates? Stop the video & carefully look at the templates. They have a slight curve to them, in the middle. It's a little trial & error when cutting the pieces so when you get it right, make some templates & save them so you can use them each time you need to cut a 45 degree angle.....It helps. Joe :0

Would have been nice if you showed us how to make these templates. Tracing them onto the bullnose would be the easy part.
