  • @TheUnit236 normal pushup is enough, try to do it so slow: 2 sec down, 1 sec stop, 2 sec up and down again immediately.

  • @TranquillDreams It's how you make it to be. But working out in general helps a fuckton and is even mandatory in building confidence.

  • btw.. very good exercise.. not only for chest but all round. i usually do 100 with 10-15 in 1 series... little brakes in between. is enough for me to keep tight

  • is it ok to start with doing 10? i also do 50 pull ups and 600 abs exercices per day but i want to grow my chest muscle :)

  • @AlboThuggaa i have energy to do it every day, but it's true that I'm not so satisifed with results.

  • @94stoja if you do the same workout everyday you'll overtrain your body and eventually start shrinking and getting injuries. try alternating, like doing pushups and chin-ups on monday, abs on tuesday, pushups and chin-ups Wednesday, abs thursday etc.. make sure you're eating and sleeping enough as well, and take at least one day off a week. i'd recommend getting a gym membership if your serious about building yourself. but it's not strictly necessary.

  • @JamilELBarbir . If you have weak wrists or other joints, you have to be very aware when working out. For wrists, type in; "wrist support" in google. You absolutely need 2 of these. Have them cover as much of the wrist and hand as possible, without getting in the way (of weightlifting etc) The trick is to ALWAYS keep your wrist steady. You should never move them at all when doing workout. If the exercise involves moving your wrists around. Dont do it or do it another way.

  • @JamilELBarbir When talking push-ups, you have 2 options. Knuckle push-ups. Wear your wrist support. Form your hand like a fist, and do the push-up using your knuckle. Have the fist turned "sideways" not like you see in the video. Do it further below the chest to get better support for ur wrist. This will hurt your knuckles. Is extremely hard. But it Will harden your knuckles and other bone in your hand.

    The second way is using handweights to grip. Remember to wear wrist support.

  • @JamilELBarbir Last there is a lot of alternatives to push-ups. Push-ups have always been meant for, when you dont have equipment available. There are numerous machines that will do the muscle-groups better and more efficient. If you have a workout bench you will have possibility of a lot more exercises.

    Basicly put your joints first. The should last you a lifetime. If an exercise hurts your joints. Dont do it, or maybe you doing it wrong.

  • I am not a runner but I had to train for the 10k in 44 min.As you know poor planning and preparation = poor results.When you have time lads check the Concept 2 row machine results for 500 k 75k and over 50 I am no 2 in GB and ranked 6th in the world.My days of boxing are long gone and I have started rowing last year.
