  • I used to do this form and it seems that instructors teach their own way of doing it. I did it slow and got questioned for it, but that's how my old instructor taught me. My new instructor also added moves to it and then said that's how a grand master taught him to do.

  • It seems the form is there in your video but if you break it into separate moves it seems weak. In my opinion the only point of the forms is to provide a combination of individual moves.

  • compadre le falta poder a esos movimientos echele ganas

  • your first form..is quite different..very unique i like the biu jees after your wrist-rolling.. and the pak sao to jong.. are like popping out.. some do the siu lim tao like its taichi.. some do it like william tsueng, and wing tsun..

some stick to ip man style.. yours

    looks like snakes.. after all

wing chun does have the principles of shaolin as well.. we are adapting.. to me..

im happy many are starting to fit their pieces.

can't wait to see the whole form..

    especially how do other forms

  • the moves are the same but the way preformed are different from the way my sifu learned us

  • Thanks for posting this one, Sir. I was the thing "Wanted and Needed!" Expand my Kung-Fu!!
