@darthopal You can't buy any furniture for this house. One furniture trader I know is Gunder in Skingrad whom you can buy furnishings for the house in Skingrad. He is at the Colovian trader shop.

No the ghosts dont respawn but there are some glitches which allow them to remain in the house after the quest, but only for a couple of days

Try going to rock milk cave every couple of days, you kill everyone in it then you loot them, they all have good armour and it can take days to loot it all.

You get Daedric armour when your about level 25, people start wearing it then so you can kill them and take it off them or you can find it in chests sometimes at lvl 25+...PSN is NiallUK-93

If the house is trashed, complete the quest, if its not trashed then its impossible for cuboards to cave in, the left trigger will allow you to pick up and move things

all the weapons are mine, I have collected them since I began playing Oblivion, to place them nicely just find the item in your inventory and hold L2 for PS3 and LB for Xbox to be able to move it

nope, killing the ghosts is part of the quest to get the house so after you kill them, they won't come back

1) When you finish the quest the house automatically refurbishes meaning the house gets fixed up after you complete the quest.

2) You need the guy who sold you the house to open the sealed door, watch my complete guide on how to get this house by clicking the link at the beginning for more info.

the ghosts disappear eventually, just sleep there often and as for lorgren i'm sure he disappears to but if he doesn't just drag him to the coffin at the back and stick him in it.

To solve the Darkness issue you can turn the brightness up on your TV/Monitor or have an enchanted item which gives .....ft of light. To put things down nicely you need a lot of time and click the left stick to pick up an item so you can position it :)

You go to anvil, ask around for rumours or go into the local tavern. There should be a guy called (something) Benrius who is willing to hand over the deed to Benrius Manor for only 20,000 septims i think. Thats good value since the house is one of the best in the game. A quest will start where you have to clear the house of the ghosts, enter the secret chamber and kill the old owner of the house, then the house will be automatically refurbished :) hope I helped.

His disposition must be above 60, meaning you will have to do the speech thing or pay him money to raise it above 60, then he should go there with you and open the passage, then you must kill the Lord Benrius Ghost then the house gets automatically fixed up and refurnished.
