The most surprising part of that is that it happened PS (Post Sorkin/Schlamme). That was a vintage scene where Donna simply saying "no" 3 times was sexier than another writer could have done with 40 dictionaries.
@pierrelongshanks As much as I love Sorkin, if he had written this scene, there would have been A LOT more dialogue, and it wouldn't have had nearly the same impact. I don't think there was a better way to do this scene.

I'm so glad that Josh finally realized that he loved this woman. That he's had a defacto marriage to her all this time and somehow as smart as Josh is, he didn't realize it.
This was a fab scene! The best thing about the J&D relationship was that even after they hooked up, the writers kept the tension and didn't make it the focus of the last few episodes. After 7 years of tension it would have been nice to have a bit more actual romance though.
Though! Can you add the episode title to the info? Because I was searching for this particular scene forever, and only found it by accident because I went through all your videos lol.
I have to stop looking at these things on YouTube first - I got the boxset for Christmas and I'm only up to season 4, so far I already know Josh and Donna become an item and that Donna and Leo die...
Ha, that happened to me too! There was a video called "Donna dies" that kept popping up in the Related Videos section when I was rewatching old scenes, so I went through the last four seasons thinking she was going to die eventually. If I had actually clicked on that video I would've discovered it was just a fan video, but I was trying to avoid spoilers! :)
