You can always write down ingredients that your not sure about and google them to find out what they are.

You can do it for free by researching the ingredients on the foods you already have in your cabinets and avoid buying the foods with the same ingredients when you shop again.
@theeastwatch I was told by a dental assistant that dark chocolate will not give you cavities. Maybe it stains your teeth? The ph of the mouth can help or prevent cavities too.
@theeastwatch There's not a lot of sugar in dark chocolate that why it taste so bitter. It's the bacteria that cause the tooth decay and it's the sugar they feed off of to multiply.

Eating through your reserves because you still feel hungry or eating whole foods. Pay attention to how you feel after you eat...it's a good indicator if you are on the right track.

Anything marked diet or lite, avoid. 12 hours per day should be for fasting, such as from 6 pm to 6 am. Drink only distilled water. Eat almost no poultry. Yup. Everytime I say to keep it simple, whole grains, rice, honey, nuts, beans, sea salt, etc, people call me a food Nazi. I do not think they know what that word means. Preppers are awake in so many ways, but when it comes to nutrition, they are still snooring peacefully.
