PS: BTW as for your soreness in your joints and stuff Take some "MOVE EASY" by Schiff. it's got glucosamine and chondroitin. Supplemental glucosamine helps to rebuild cartilage and treat arthritis. I got a big bottle of it at costco but they sell it at your local pharmacies and probably wal-mart or target too.

Hey Melissa, I just ordered my copy of Insanity. I was on the P90x wagon with you and I completed 5 weeks and then fell off the wagon and then I restarted a completed 2 weeks with good results and Thanksgiving hit. I think I have a really hard time fulfilling the 90 day goal so I wanted to try something a little more cardio intensive and a little shorter. I hope Insanity gives me the same great results you're having.

Melissa you are doing awesome. I started p90x 2 weeks ago and its really working! But I want to lose more fat and I dont think im getting enough cardio with the p90x. Is Insanity good to help with this along with the p90x?!

Awesome! I love how you motivate. I too have knee issues, that sometimes it keeps me from pushing myself to the fullest, but i guess some exercise is better than none. Good to see you! ((hugs))
