I seen Fantastic Mr Fox on Wednesday, I'm not sure if the book as as well known and beloved in the USA but it is here so I went in with low expectations for a film adaptation.

But it was good, not great, but definitely good. GC did a good job. But the stand out performance came from the animators. It gave the film some of the character and charm I loved from the book.

I was tempted for a 2nd viewing, that's when you know a film is enjoyable and good!

You will leave the theatre thinking of the book and the film as completely different things.

Hopefully you will enjoy both for individual reasons.
