i do everything and then it just keeps saying please wait while your device is being jailbroken and under it says waiting to reboot and it never reboots!

I Need Help ! i followed all the steps and i got redsn0w and the firmware but at the end when its jailbreacking it , it shows that its downloading the jailbreak data and when its done it doesnt show the pine apple it just shows the apple and takes me back to the recovery mode. What do i have to do!?

thanks it worked after many times but mine says 3.0 (7A341) version after the jailbreak is it suppossed to and i downloaded ultra snow and yellow snow but my phone was not able to unlock..i put my tmobile sim and it didn't work it kept saying no service even though there was service

You need to reset your network settings. Go to Reset under settings and then general. It should work or try re-installing it.

sorry it didn't work its stll not unlocked but its jailbroken and the firmware is still 3.0 (7A341)..if u figure something out plz tell me thanks :)

igmanutd00, when it sais waiting for reboot...just hold the power button and the home button for kind of a minute and it will work ;)

i already have red snow and the right firmware and i follow all the steps but when you have to hold the power button and then both the power and home key and last the home key my screen stays black and it just says waiting for reboot!

i have already tried it like 27 times! any ideas?

Before u do that make sure ur phone is off. And then what you do is hold the buttons and just follow them correctly

turn ur device off and then u hold the power button and do all the other stuff and it should start.

In the video I said you need to be on the new firmware 3.0.1 to jailbreak it. When you go to iTunes and update it ..it will be un-jailbroken. Then do the jailbreak process and then you can re-sync with itunes and get your songs and such.

The links in the description were what helped me get my phone to jailbreak.  I have 3G[s] and used the iPhone2,1_3.0_7A341_Restore.ip­sw version to jailbreak my phone.

Okay i tried this whole thing the problem is i downloaded the redfox and downloaded the firmware and the when i browse for the firmware the the red fox thing says unable to recognize the ispw file and thats it

try running the program as an admin. also try using a different usb port. and make sure you followed all the steps. like u turned ur phone off before proceding to the DFU mode. (the one where it tells you to hold the buttons)

It's reccomended to use redsn0w v0.7 for the iPhone 3G OS3.0.1 Jailbreak. Other than that, the guide works flawlessly,
