I´m using FL studio too but this is always nice to see :) no matter what DAW you´re using!

this is a great tarnce tutorial, but have you ever thought about using cmd/ctrl + d to duplicate when inside the midi editor instead of dragging?

duplicate definitely is a time saver for me.. just be sure to watch where the yellow selection marker is in the head of the midi editor, otherwise it might not paste in the proper location!
