It'd also be nice if she could get the "air grab" (cross scissors pressure) on grounded opponents instead of being limited to only the "ground grab" (fatal leg twister) against standing opponents. And it sure would also be nice if she could cancel the Hooligan Combination into Cannon Strike like she can in CvS2, but hey... That's just how SFIV Cammy is (shitty).

If you're on a stick your best option is to piano the attack buttons (in rapid succession) to get a feel for the timing. If no attack comes out or a jab comes out you're doing it early. And if you get a fierce but the opponent flips then you're doing it too late. It's not random so the timing is something that can be learned.
Also, some players find it easier to juggle with HP (fierce) instead of HK (roundhouse). But you get more damage with HK.
Parts of it are. The first crossup is not unblockable. The second and third crossups are guard breaks because the shadow of Cammy's j.SK hits high at the same time as her c.SK hits low, and the opponent can't block high and low at the same time (meaning, unblockable).
Hey Xeno, great vids. I just have one question, Cammy's VCs are fairly easy to perform and understand, but the one thing I can't seem to do is the Hooligan Combination grab at the end of the VC. I perform a b+HP followed by a Hooligan Combo while the opponent is still in the air, but I can't seem to apply the grab. Any help would be appreciated. =)
Basically, make sure your meter has ended when you're trying to grab with the Hooligan (you can't grab them while your VC is still active). And also try to grab them as low to the ground as possible.

I don't know what you mean. Each whiffed throw builds a small ammount of meter. It's not supposed to build a whole lot of meter, but since there's nothing else to do during that time you might as well build meter.

@keyandrejnpaul The VC meter has to finish before you do the Hooligan, otherwise it won't grab.

Her other moves can't be canceled so they end the combo.
But these combos were designed for damage. Using other moves would be weaker so it's not included.

i'm having a lot of trouble timing the cancel into fk after her arrow, any advice other than just mashing the button?
