The problem is, if brought back, Toonami would most likely put new shows instead of what they did in the nintey's. If it returns, then I hope that it comes back and isn't the same crap it was when it went down the hole before. I want decent shows on it, like the classic anime that got me into Toonami in the first place, and not crappy shows. :/
For instance they could air:
-DBZ Kai (Nicktoons could air it at a different time.)
-Tenchi Muyo Ryo-Ohki
-Naruto Shippuuden
-Fairy Tail
-Galaxy Angel
Except for Galaxy Angel, all of these are recent shows with big fanbases and probably wouldn't take much editing.
