hmmm, well electro house has elements of electro, so there are more "electronic sounding sounds" than in house...especially the basslines in electro house are rough, edged and electronic sounding, whereas in house there are mostly smooth and acoustic - "unplugged" sounding basses...there are of course always exceptions but in my opinion thats the main difference between these two...hope i could help...
