I bought this in place of the sony amp that came with my subs and lets just say its way better way cooler (not hot to touch lol) and i cant definitly tell the deferance in the Thump much more crisp and it hits the tones dead on! the RMS matched the RMS on my two sony subs that y I bought it....overall best amp for the subs!

@blink182arethebest For example I whent from 4 l7s to 2 hccas and I'm louder and ur not gonna find any l7 heaters they r great subs but they also have their limit so and this is a pretty accurate guess I think lol you would need about 10 xplods to do what my 2 hccas are doing and I do have a vid not just saying it. And I really don't hate them just wanted to clarify y some of us may say that. I've had sooo many systems and installed too many so I do know what I'm talking about

those are not 1100 watt amps.  youre only runnin 330 watts to each sub.

Nice set up, The subs sounded great when I tried them at the store. Not so sure about those amps though. The store had them hooked up to a Kicker amp, but they didn't have any Sony amps.

@bigbodigga have you ever owned an xplod sub?stiched tinsel leads -not really a big deal but they do it the cones are strong as shit i have a ten on 200 rms underpowed in a smaller sealed box than recomended and i distort the shit out of it everyday the box has polyfill i never run ac blazin hot after and it has never quit on me powed by a 4 channel xplod amp from 98 you could fry an egg on the case and has never burned out

They would smoke like crazy then one day they just stopped working. and i just came from a autotek sx-1700 amp to the sony XM-ZZR3301 amp im using now. the power just ant there.

nice system :) i have one of the 1100w class D's and 1000w sub in my statesman (aussie car lol). In my skyline R34 i have 2 sony 1100w monos and 2 800w 4 output stereo amps with 2 sony 1500w subs like yours and other mids and tweeters. can be heard over 5km away on a still night XD

@samussamus1 no they don't. they are clear and only hit somewhat ok on very low tones. 50 hertz or lower @ 2 ohms. @ 4 ohms they only put out 330 watts rms. this amp dont have enough power to hit hard.
