Here is just a tip for the "Internet grapplers" that like to try submission techniques on eachother just for fun (nothing wrong with that) but just keep in mind when you do a heelhook it doesnt really hurt untlil it snaps, its not like an armbar so you want to do it in a controlled fashion...

Ohhh I hate this god damn lock. This one in particular is quite dangerous, this move doesn't hurt that much right up until something in your heel snaps. When that happens it sounds like when you break a wooden stick. It won't leave you seriously damaged, but it'll hurt like a mofo.
