To those commenting on what key she's playing in... you're supposed to play the song in the key you're comfortable singing it in, not straining your voice to play it in the original key. The original is in the key of C# if I'm not mistaken (capo 1, C 145 chord progression). She's got the right progression, just in a different key. What's it matter?
