i know that if u shoot someone in the head in s4 its critical right, but if u shoot them in hand is it critical?, where else can u get critical other than head?

@AerisFox I don't know much about him now so I can't confirm his skill. It looks like he's simply more unique than cautioN and isn't "better" since I don't see him killing half the opposite team all the time.
