Computers do not know this. They just see noise.

How do you make 8-bit music?

Well, this sounds more 16-bit than 8... but anyway, one of the easiest ways (I say easiest because YouTube is polluted with these ...) is to convert the music or orchestrate the music as a MIDI file. After that, you can apply further effects or convert it to a MOD which may sound even more authentic. That's only one way.

Reference: MIDI files are a kind of music file where the notes are stored in the file but not the sound the notes make. MOD files do have the sound data, so can sound specific.

Uh no. It's not a magic process. Some care is taken in doing this. You actually have to COMPOSE the music on the computer in MIDI format. That means actually orchestrating it again by ear.

First Paper mario was the most Mario-Like game of the Paper Mario series.

It had mushroom kingdom, toads, shy guys...

Nothing out of the ordinary. The 2nd one was good, but the first one seemed better to me.

The 3rd looked pretty bad, because that WASN'T paper mario, paper mario was turn by turn, side-scrolling, 3D Kickass background, and simple characters to let more ram focus on the background.

I want PM4 to be back in Mushroom kingdom.

IMO, Super Paper Mario is still a good RPG, but because they removed the turn based battle system, it seems like a platformer more than ever.

I loved the first two Paper Mario games, and I hope the 4th one will be just as good as the first two.
