For a Harry Novak picture and despite some bad acting in spots (namely the girl Rosalie and the old woman), this film possesses an eerie atmosphere that rarely manifests except in certain horror films. The music is preety chilling in parts as well. The part with the jack o lantern is actually moderately clever and should rank alongside the best scare scenes of the more well known horror heavyweights. A real low budget powerhouse.

OMG..Thanks for posting this trailer. This movie is so ironic because obviously this movie had potential but only $1.50 budget. LOL! The voice over is to die for - he made you want to go to these movies when you were a child but too young to see them, and finally when you grow up and see it, it's not as spectacular as he made it sound. The winner is the VO guy with these cheap 70's horror films.

Yeah, but Hollywood is good at making good movies over again, with out looking at older movies with bad acting I hope they do, but I hope they don't make it pg-13.(But I do like the Rosalee in The Company of Wolves better than this one.) They should choose a child who looks angelic maybe they should use a fresh face. If some one does decided to redo it, I hope it's John Carpenter or maybe somebody along those lines, should remake this movie let see if they do....I'll be waiting....

I actually like this movie a lot. It's terrible in a way, but very creepy too. For a grade-z drive in movie it's got some stuff in it that works. The actors are all pretty bad, but the child is the worst. If she was even the tiniest bit scary, it might have been more fondly remembered. The trailer doesn't really let on that it's a zombie movie--Rosalie uses telekinesis to resurrect zombies from the local cemetery to do her bidding.
