I agree with kotegash...ive been training in Mu Dong/ Wu Dang kung fu for over 10 years now and it looks nothing like this. its extremely grounded and practical, just like true kung fu. this video looks nothing like that. True internal kung fu isnt so flashy

u know...a true master wouldnt be showing off his gymnastics skills trying to pawn it off to the easily fooled as "wudang". This looks more like an attempt at getting a movie role than "mastership".
