know this may sound cliché but here it goes. My favorite part about the holidays is spending time with the family. When I'm with the family all around each other, it gives me this warm feeling of joy and happiness. It makes me feel like we are living in the moment and even though we may fight, I realize how lucky it is to have one another, and how some people don't have the chance to spend Christmas with their family and friends. My favorite part of the holidays is that i get to see my family. i grew up with 5 brothers and sisters, i'm the youngest, and now that i moved to alaska i don't get to see them often. This year we had a big family reunion and all of my aunts and uncles and brothers and sisters came up to alaska! i really do love the time that i get to spend with my family because family to me is very important and i'm so thankful for that i have them. but not going to lie, presents are a close second hahahaa(:

another fav part about holidays is the spirit. holidays arent ordinary days, it only comes once a year so we all take advantage of that special day and theres just a happy mood everywhere :D

My favorite part of the holiday is when I go out late at night on christmas eve to see how crazy all of the shoppers are! Its insane. I also love the smell of Christmas if that makes any sense! lol. Winter pine, homecooked food, winter berries! Most importantly, I love having our annual family girls party! Family nights during the holidays are the best.
