That's why fans don't have a neutral view of the incidents and give right to kiprussoff even if Pronger didn't cross the avery rule because he didn't turn his body to him. Check it out, the rule was fixed AFTER that incident, so it was a clean goal.
It's the kind of guy, like Sean Avery and some others, that you love to hate and hate to love at the same time. I don't like him as a player and as a human being, and I know he doesn't have a good reputation within the league but it doesn't matter, he's something to watch ( and in this case something to listen ). :P

I am a FLyers fan. My daughter and I went to the Flyers carnival that they hold each year for chairity. This event is meant to raise money and give fans a chance to meet players, etc. Chris Pronger was a COMPLETE JERK to me and my daughter. Brian Boucher and Matt Carle were very nice men. Pronger could learn a lot about being a man from these two. Pronger cannot be a very happy person, it's sad.

Eh, cut off the nagging ladies. Pronger is a great hockeyplayer. He must be a blessing to have on your own team and he is a master on getting under the skin of his opponents, players like him is essential for the game. Without players to "hate" you would not have any team-rivalry and a huge part of the game would be lost.
People hate Pronger and though he has some incidents where he's lost his temper and done stuff like the stomp on Kesler or the head-high hit on Holmstrom, but overall Pronger is not really as dirty as people let on. He's a veteran who just knows the rules and pushes them, and he also knows how to get under people's skin, which may make him come off as an asshole but can actually be very useful in games.

I am a FLyers fan. My daughter and I went to the Flyers carnival that they hold each year for chairity. This event is meant to raise money and give fans a chance to meet players, etc. Chris Pronger was a COMPLETE JERK to me and my daughter. Brian Boucher and Matt Carle were very nice men. Pronger could learn a lot about being a man from these two. Pronger cannot be a very happy person, it's sad.

Eh, cut off the nagging ladies. Pronger is a great hockeyplayer. He must be a blessing to have on your own team and he is a master on getting under the skin of his opponents, players like him is essential for the game. Without players to "hate" you would not have any team-rivalry and a huge part of the game would be lost.

People hate Pronger and though he has some incidents where he's lost his temper and done stuff like the stomp on Kesler or the head-high hit on Holmstrom, but overall Pronger is not really as dirty as people let on. He's a veteran who just knows the rules and pushes them, and he also knows how to get under people's skin, which may make him come off as an asshole but can actually be very useful in games.

@CatieCass yes as for the puck- didn't really want to finish that thought? The guy is a veteran. He is playing against one of the youngest teams in the league in the finals. Pucks like that really mean a lot to youngsters, especially if its the finals. Youd think he'd show some class. You could argue the other things hes done like playing dirty however you can't argue the puck incidents. It shows his true colors. Pure asshole move by someone who should act his age. @Hundal19 - Yeah, I love Canadians. I love to watch Pronger's interviews, he's very natural and not stiff when speaking with the press. Some I like are.. Steve Yzerman (my favorite of all time), Kris Draper, Carey Price, P.K. Subban, Michael Cammalleri, Claude Giroux, Mike Richards, Gagne, Stamkos, Dan Boyle. Just some off the top of my head.

chris pronger is a great person! this is a very big game for us! and i can see why he wanted the puck! we made it to the cup just 3 or 4 years after we rebuilt our offense, then let that settle, then we rebuilt our deffense and at this ime, it was still growing!
you got keith beat! every ranking i looked at has pronger in the top 5! keith only showed up in the top 10 once out of all of them! kieth shows up as about kimo timonen's skill! pronger is a true blue liner!
