All I can say, is Wily Capsule at the end of the game, the music that kicks in when the shutter goes down! Epic, and yeah, I agree, Megaman 4 is easily the best in the whole franchise! :D
That fucking irritates me, really, 'cuz 4 is EASILY the best of the entire Classic series. Actually, if I think about it, it's probably the best in the entire franchise.
