This is stepmania, a simulator for DDR, but on the PC.
The songs you add are user created, so you can download alot of different songs... though it can be hard to find some, or some dont exist for stepmania.
At the beggining there was no vocals and u still gotta step xD...

There is a simfile for the first ED, Kanashii Yokan, though I havent tried it out yet... and I only found one version for it.

It really is called The Theme of Moon Phase. Btw, I got the simfile from Otakusdream... and it was created by Xion Steel (If I remember correctly)
