  • Yeaaaaahhhhhhh 1990's!!!!!!!

  • Frooooooooom North Carolina *crowd explodes* 6'6 Shooting Guard MICHHHHHAEEEELLL JOOOORDDDAAAANNNNN

  • thats one sick intro, im a sixers fan but have some love for the Bulls...for the most obvious reason Michael Jordan!!!! no 1 will ever be like Mike!

  • I like how the new one that's used is simply a reboot... and it looks so much more badass...

  • Froooooom Chicago, at guard, 6'3", #1, Derrick Rose!

  • I always loved the part when the Bull stopped to look at the Art Institute Lion. Don't ask me why. I just think it is pretty cool. GO BULLS! ROSE = MVP!

  • now that's an intro!

  • at 6'6", from NOOOOOORRRTHHH CAROOLIIINNAAA, MMIICHHHAAAAAEEELLL JOOOOOOOOOOOORRRDAAAANNNN!!!!

  • Brings back so many childhood memories.

  • haha they always blast this song at ohsweken speedway (check it out) jus b4 the CorrPak Sprint A-Main!

  • thumbs up if nba 2k11 brought you here

  • @2hvy4grvty lol how'd you know?

  • There was a time (90's) when other basketball teams cringed in fear at the mention of the very name Chicago Bulls.

  • The symbol of excellence, right there.

  • i bet they were all branded with the number 23

  • This one is from the 97 session for sure and I think the 96 session but im not 100% sure.

  • DoctorTarr Play basketball? Then you need to see this - "50inch vertical (dot) com". I highly recommend it! I m 5 10 and started dunking after just 2 months of the program!

  • great

  • thats one fast bull

  • The ultimate basketball theme! Enough said. When you heard this in Chicago Stadium or the United Center during the 90s, you knew what was going to happen. Jordan was going to posterize you or make you a Sportscenter highlight, Pippen, Paxson, BJ, Kerr, & Hodges (depending on what year you want to talk about) were going to drop 3s all night, & the big men were going to contest your shots & boards.

  • Alan Parsons Project were a British progressive rock group from the 1970's-80's

  • I remember seeing that back in the 90s especially during the NBA Final. I bet that was intimidating to the other team sometime. Seeing that on the board and hearing the roar of that Chicago crowd in the United Center.

  • most people don't know that the bulls use it

  • i remeber sitting and watching this when i was about 6 years old i could always remeber that song da da dum da da dum

  • same here

  • to my knowledge Neb. used it after Jordan retired after the first 3 peat....and they had already been using it.

  • Gooo biiiiig Redddddd :)

  • most Bulls fans were bandwagon fans who were there only for Jordan and too see a team from Chi-town win a championship.

  • I wouldn't say most. Maybe most "Bulls fans" who lived outside of Chicago. Chicago sports fans tend to be fanatical win or lose. They may not go to the games as much when the team is losing, but that only makes economic sense to not spend a bunch of money on tickets for a shitty team. Of course the Cubs could be 5-130 and they'd still sell out those games.

  • @jdlund so true well said, go bulls

  • epic!!!

  • Just watching this reminds me of Jordan & Co. scaring the living daylights out of teams before the game even began!

  • goman isnt that video

  • the best part of the real one wasnt on here, at the end before they get to the stadium, they crash through a bus with the logo of the team they are playing on it

  • This theme was one of the coolest things about the Chicago Bulls in the '90s, love 'em or hate 'em. Talk about intimidating right out of the gate.

  • those graphics are.....AWESOME!!!!! XD

  • Haha brings back great memories never to be seen again!

  • wow this is old, they've had that new one for awhile

  • OK, you're comparison is as fair as saying "80386 CPU are crappy compared with nowadays Intel Dual Core processors"... some like comparing apples with grapes. Pun intended.

  • lol

  • @DoctorTarr

the 8088 is where the bitches are at

  • it's classic u must be 9 years old. no wonder u have 6 thumbs down

  • Steamboat

  • Lovin the 90's animation. :)

  • I remember when Ricky The Dragon Steamboat used this as his entrance theme at Wrestlemania 3 when he beat Randy Savage for the Intercontinental Championship......ahh the golden days of WWF

  • AHHHHHH the golden era...

  • The music is great, but my animation is crap, even for the 90s.

  • and why are you all discussing it on this video hahaha go to like an MJ vid or Kobe/LeBron vid.. wtf

  • MJ was and is the best, and yes that means over Kobe and LeBron, but LeBron is still young and is a proven veteran, if anyone in the league today would beat out Jordan, it'd be LeBron, and I'm a Kobe and Lakers fan...

  • @mcballer lol

  • como hago para pasar este tema a mi teléfono?

  • Obama should have used this song for his innaguration when he came out of the capital building on the stands.

  • Kobe> Obama

  • hahaha

  • yeah, cuz obama is "sirius" when it comes to change in america....lol! ok bad joke,i admit hahaha.

  • Gosh, I remember seein this back in the day. This gives me goose bumps everytime I watch it.

  • well i agree on kobe but idk about lebron he is still young.....a he still could break out......to be even better.....but yeah i do kinda agrre with u mj averaged 29 points rookie year and his whole caree average was 30 thats amazing

  • There will never be a new MJ. Kobe and Lebron are nothing compared to him and they will never measure up. It shouldn't even be a topic of discussion.

  • @dutch1291 there will be players better than MJ, you could even say that players now are better than MJ, its just that the competition is better so players can't stand out as well as MJ did.

  • @booty16783, Jordan dominated as a player (even if the Bulls did not as a team) in the 80s, when the level of competition was, by far, the best that it has ever been. There's a lot of talent now, sure, but not close to what it was in the 80s. There was also a lot of hall of fame talent and elite lock down defenders in the 90s. Jordan was just that good. You could say that there are players now better than MJ, you'd just be blatantly wrong.

  • @booty16783

The only close second player out there today that you can compare to 23 is Kobe simply because of the rings. That's what it's all about when it's all said and done. NBA was way more entertaining back in the 80's and 90's. Dream Team 92 would have smoked Team USA 08. On a side note Jordan would've won more championships if didn't retire but he had a good reason to lose interest. The Bulls back then would've destroyed today's Heat.

  • @dutch1291 kobe....MAYBE if he wins another two titles and three MVPs (which he probably won't). LeBrick can't even carry Mitch Richmond's jock, let alone the GOAT

  • the fact that you're arguing about who's the new jordan (kobe or lebron) only proves that neither one of them is. MJ made his teams better just by being there.

  • this is what pitt opens to only way better animation.

  • Hey amadass,

The name is in the title of this video: "Sirius" from The Alan Parsons Project

  • whats the name of the song

  • "Sirius"

  • alan parsons project: eye in the sky

  • anyone know the name of song

  • eyy sorry man im wit u but there will never be another michael jordan he was just one of a kind basketball genius

  • yeah but doode Micheal Jordan really kiked ass during the years! :)

  • this brings back many memories man....still waitin on the next jordan

  • Haven't you been watching the NBA lately??? Kobe son.

  • uh, you mean lebron, not kobe. lebron is "it"

  • nope they are both fags compared to jordan

  • well... not fags, but they're not close

  • You're probably thinking of "Rock and Roll, Part 2" by Gary Glitter. That's a CLASSIC sports instrumental song from the 70's. But I think it's the early 70s.

By the way, did anyone see the "Frasier" episode, "Hooping Cranes," where Niles won the raffle at the Seattle Supersonics game and got to shoot the half court shot at halftime. Now THAT was classic! They played "Sirius" in the background... very funny!

  • There was another instrumental-only song (no lyrics) with a similar beat. It is from the late 70s/early 80s and was played a lot on sports shows of that time (like NBC boxing). I also heard it played in arenas at NBA games in the 90's. Thought it was Alan Parsons but probably not. I wracking my brain trying to find the song. Don't know artist or title.... anyone have any possibilities????

  • Thank you!! My brother and I have been trying to figure this song out, who it was, what it was...

    Man, is my face red...

  • I remember this like it was yesterday. I missed those days when I watched the Chicago Bulls

  • "Froooom Noooorrth Carrrrooolina. . .

    At guard...

    6' 6"

  • as a little kid I thought Chicago was in North Carolina.

  • I though Chicago was a state, but then again almost everyone did

  • wat softwaredid u use to make this vid, or did u not make it?

  • That is official material. The intro was used back in the 90s.

  • it looks so real

  • this video so reeks the 90s lol you could tell by the bad quality graphics

but its all good best intro bar none

  • Yea, but to think how much time it must have taken to render on a 90's machine.

  • DoctorTarr where do you get

    that bulls intro on the

    files of the NBA right?

  • i don't know about now but back then MJ had been playing it was the best NBA intro it still remingds me of MJ leadership

  • Suns had this for all their games in the 90's too.

  • Yea, the Suns copied the Bulls. It only works well when you win titles. lol

  • get so pumped listening to this

wish coulda seen MJ at chicago

  • quando ascolto Sirius mi sembra che il tempo si sia fermato

  • arminia bielefeld

  • they only used it when michael jordan was playing

  • no they still use it now.

    they've updated the animation though

  • ladies and gentelmen imus in the morning

  • brings back mj moments..not a big bulls fan but mj def greatest of all time and the 90's bulls were amazing

  • every time i hear this song, it reminds me of sitting in my dark basement watching michael Jordan playing on the bulls. Check out the theme on my channel

  • AUSOME!

  • This gives me chills everytime I hear it. It reminds me of the 90s. Go Bulls

  • same here

  • i think the crappy animation makes it 10x better :D

  • Michael Jordan revolutionized Basketball!!! he paved the way of today's basketball style!!! no one can yet beat michael jordan's slam dunk championship!

  • When I found out they no longer use this anymore (been a WHILE since I watched basketball) I was sad.

  • is the greatest basketball player of all time and no one will ever be better.

  • michael jordan

  • This song sets the tone for sports. It introduced the dynasty of Jordan and the Bulls and the legendary Ricky the Dragon Steamboat

  • This is the ultimate sports intro. Great music, and you knew the place was gonna go nuts when the greatest athlete to play any sport ever was going to come through.

  • Wow that animation really sucks. It funny to see how far computer graphics has come. Great video though.

  • and now the starting lineups for your chicago bulllls

  • Alan Parsons Project - Sirius

  • thanks bonehead

  • CRAZY FOR TO BULLS

  • Man, that still gives me chills

  • can anyone tell me how can I get the music sheet (music scores?) on this one? thanks

  • This music takes me back to HS basketball, this was our theme music, a shame we didn't have all the graphics the bulls have. Woulda

    made it that much cooler!

  • Ricky Steamboat's entrance music in WWf 1980's.

  • great stuff go bulls

  • I am not a fan of basketball but this is the coolest intro in the NBA's history. The reason i loved this song is because I am a big wrestling fan...old school mostly & wrestler Ricky The Dragon Steamboat used to use this music as his entrance theme in the mid 1980s in the WWF. Great Stuff!

  • That's How I became A fan of this,Ricky Steamboat.

  • Great stuff. Takes me back to the days when #23 ruled Chicago Airspace. GO BULLS!

  • Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, and Dennis Rodman were my 3 favorite players. GO BULLS!

  • GO BULLS!

  • the old animation is so much better, GO BULLS

  • Aaaaaand the starting lineups for your CHICAGO BULLS!!

  • BULLS all day everyday

  • Wow, I remember this version, I haven't seen it in so long. I see the "Game Tonight" one more often. This is the 1995-96 season version. Gotta love the old school computer graphics.

  • yeah whatever. I happen to be downtown chicago when the city unleashed all them damn bulls. not only did it scare the hell out of me and my lion. but Ive been a fuckin cartoon every since. DAMNIT!!!!!!!!!

  • I created this scoreboard animation as the Owner/Art Director of Animation Station, Ltd. Motion capture technology was new and we were one of the first to try it. The unauthorized "live-feed" usage on opening day in November, 1995 by the Chicago Bulls have infringed on my copyright ownership since...also used in Space Jam and a Miller Lite commerical. The second version was a complete copy cat of my original work.Issue ong ago resolved. I am happy to see it is still out there being enjoyed.

  • It's exceptional for it's time.

  • Didn't Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat use this song 4 his entrance in the old WWF?

  • From what I've read, Ricky used this song for his intro.

  • and now the sarting line up for your world champion chicago bulls

  • I miss Ray Clay.

  • yup.

  • Does anyone know the name of the visitors song that preceeded the bulls entrance? I have heard before coming out of a jukebox somewhere but never had the time to see who the artist was and the name of the song was.

  • It's On The Run by Pink Floyd.

  • its not by pink floyd what are you smoking. its by Alan Parsons Project

  • I was talking about the song that plays when the visiting team that plays against the Bulls runs on to the court during player introductions.

  • Symbolically, it's from Dark Side Of the Moon which was engineered by Alan Parsons.

  • So thank God for Alan Pearsons, huh? Why isn't he getting royalties from the Bulls? :D

  • Read the article reprinted on his own website(alanparsons music) and you'll get the answer. He said "..the frustrating thing is I don't think I got rich on it." because of bad deals with the record company, but he is "in the process of investigating it."

  • I was talking about "On the Run", my bad!

  • i remember seeing this on Space Jam When MJ Comes Back Too Play For The Bulls!! AWESOME!

  • This song is the best

  • OMG, this is the old one, from like 96

  • the funniest part about the intro is that i used to pass by the united center on the way to school everyday and the area surrounding the stadium isn't grass like i used to think. Instead it was a bunch of projects and ghetto buildings, so i can see why it was like that.

  • i can still remember this intro gave me the chills everytime the bulls, when MJ was still playing for them, entered the court during the NBA Finals

  • I know what you mean. I had the same felling. I was a sophmore in college at the time in 1996. What a dominating presence Jordan had on the NBA. It has never been the same since. It is ok, but nothing like it used to be when Jordan, Malone, Stockton, Bird, Magic, Thomas, Drexler and company were playing.

  • Couldn't agree more.................

  • I sure wish I could find a full version of this song. I've looked all over and the only place I can find it is at home football games.

  • The group is the Alan Parsons Project and the album is called Eye In The Sky. If you're looking for the album in a music store at the mall, the cover is lime green with a heiroglyphic Egyptian eye symbol on it. Look it up on Wikipedia.

  • Its on the greatest hits album go out and buy it.

  • How about somebody working up a video of Apollo from the cd "On Air"........let me know when you get it posted too.

  • man that song gets me pumped
