In Sook consulted a fortune teller and the fortune teller said that she won't have a son with the chairman but instead she'll have a son w/ another man. So she had an affair w/ Manager Han to be able to have a son and impose him as the chairman's heir. But before her affair w/ Han, the chairman had an affair w/ Kim Mi Sun (Tak Gu's mom).
