you are supossed to keep it always in the refrigerator, you are supossed to eat it cold so the egg smell its not overwhelming, you are not supposed to put a ton of it on whatever else you are eating just a little bit, and now the key, they make lemon flavoured mayo too, that one you cant even taste the egg, its pretty cool, i bet a lot of people who dont like regular mayo will love the lemon flavored one. Dont forget to put it back in the refrigerator since eggs + heat = danger
