Very true, again, probably semantics, but I would insist that the Royal Waltz is a version of "Push The Button Max", or more generally, "The Professor Fate theme".

Not quite. The version seen here is a slower, polka-ish version. It's rather different from the Royal Waltz and not featured on the soundtrack.
