  • In my opinion, the only way someone could have disliked this song and video is because it tells so much truth that it hurt.

  • Can anyone tell me whether the band officially released this or whether a fan made it? Thanks. Either way it's great; just wondering.

  • This is the greatest video ever made.

  • Thank you 24/7!

  • Have to agree with others here: I've rarely felt/seen such a perfect video/music combination as this and I've seen a *lot* of music videos since I was a teen in the 80s. I feel like a teen again just watching this video & falling in love with the song over & over. The way it builds to that beautiful intensity and just funny things like Leithausers "haiiiow" yell at 1:17. The lyrics are understated and thus work as good poetry, but this only came to my attention *because* of the great vid.

  • I genuinely wish this song went on for 10 minutes. I'm always disappointed when it finishes... but then again i always manage to find the replay button :)

  • heard it live (opened for a fleet foxes concert!!) and instantly fell in love with the song.... then i saw the mv.... im soo sad and depressed right now u.u.....

  • Ohh, the static!

  • this video is sooooooo sad :(

  • fucking idiot youtube..."ramona falls, i say fever"

  • i am a new media major about to do a senior project, working with after effects/maya. would like to figure out who made this video. it is well done. there is much to speak of the cinematography. that's what really makes the video. people who have never dealt w animating have no idea how much work goes into every last detail. love this band - seen them live many-a-time. love animation. if you love this, might like this one too:

  • The rabbits remind me of Watership Down.

  • annoying...

  • superb! exceeds even the majority of professionals. congrats Nir!

  • Absolutely brilliant song and video combination. The video beautifully and bitterly captures the imagery of the lyrics. I rank this one right up there with Radiohead's "There There". The Walkmen are a great band. Great music. Great lyrics. Great moods & visions. "The Blue Route" and "I Lost You" have no equal in weight. They don't get enough airplay and they should be head lining concert venues instead of playing 2nd fiddle to lesser bands like Fleet Foxes.

  • I wouldn't call this perfect, but this is really close to it.

    The whole album is terrific.

  • That is one of the best music videos that I've ever seen. Someone there can SEE the music and visualize it. AWESOME job!!!

  • Love the song, hate the video, boring, not sure what it was to do with water?

  • @Crystalveg You should think about it. Maybe you'll figure it out.

  • deuxième chanson que j'écoute et toujours cette magie . Un groupe qui devrait trouver sa place parmi les Muse ou les radiohead .

  • at first I didn't really like it but I kept watching cuz of the video but now I think I'm in love

  • @FallingDownDeep yeah at first i didn't really like this song, but it grows on you a ton. now i think its great.

  • Aweeeee.... :( Poor bunny.

  • This has been my favorite song since I first heard it. I never thought a video could do it justice, but clearly I was wrong. Great fucking video for an amazing song.

  • one word : masterpiece

  • The video is SPECTACULAR, the music is good

  • "Courage the cowardly dog" scenery!

  • 1:55 - 3:10

The best part of the song!

Bah! The whole song is great :3

  • Ai pobres conills!

  • I really like the song. Not so keen on the low budget CGI video though - the idea is fine, but the execution is lacking. It almost looks as though it's rushed, as though the artists couldn't quite finish the modelling and lighting in time. It doesn't matter though, the song is still good.

  • @TwoTube2 well maybe people don't like the fact that i said the video didn't make as much an impression on me as the song itself .. i reaaally don't care :/

. i sure like your trip hop remixes though :)) *subscribe * :P

  • @Ivenaface I for once agree with you, the video is obviously really good, but the poinst is that no video could ever be good enough for this song! If that is your point, than it couldn't be more on spot!! And that's the thing about these guys' music, it makes any video clip fall short, as big as it is!! It's even more than earth warming, it's brutal, brutally honest, out of this world piercing, and so human!!! Couldn't love it anymore than I do. Concert in Lisbon was breathtaking btw, tks guys!

  • I COULD NEVER GET TIRED OF THIS!!

  • This is one of the most beautiful things that I've ever seen and heard in my entire life. I really meant it.

  • this is amazing. the music, the video...

never seen a better video than this before!

  • very good song with passion thumbs up if you agree ;)

  • @mfev23

    Oh yeah

  • a lot of their music has a dark touch too it.

  • My god, what a gorgeous song

  • this video is just too perfect that I'm sorry for the rabbit that dies: S apart from that this clip is pretty good it took me a while to find that clip now that I finally found it LOL I will not come unglued

  • They may have been brothers.

  • very acute song. Especially after MIn 1:58

  • this song is even more amazing live!

  • anyone know what this song is about?

  • beautiful video"

  • Sounds like Bob Dylan 2000..... awsome though....

  • dylan?? i dunno abt that one

  • I'm definitely disappointed by the video :((( , but the song is just beautiful .. O.O

  • @Ivenaface I agree. For some reason your comment is hidden though?

  • Why can't i favourite it into my account?

  • My new favorite song, this is amazing, gives me goosebumps!

  • Memories of Douglas Adams' 'Watership Down' have come flooding back. Beautiful animation. Nice tune too.

  • You mean Richard Adams I think. ;)

  • Indeed. I am a fool. You're absolutely right.

  • Brilliant!

  • Wer wird denn fluchen!

  • Ахуенно!

  • @strellandya Yeah!

  • beautiful!

  • jak taniec z teczowa zjawa

    jak ostatni dotyk

jak zaklecie - po ktorym zastyga swiadomosc

    boski skowyt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • fckin amazing!

  • This was the first song that catch my attention when I finished to listen the whole You & Me

  • this is just perfect, one of the most underated bands. every song they do is special in its own way. love them.

  • @zarella I remember when I was in college 10 years ago critics were raving about Jonathan Fireater and when Walkmen formed it was sort of hailed as a great thing. They have gotten WAY better since then. and they are generally beloved. I guess they could use more fans, and they'll probably get them eventually.

  • @zarella Perfect, is not a band that you just listen one song and get excited, every song they do is so hearth warming

  • this is so brilliant!!

  • superb

  • This is one of the most moving videos I've ever seen.

  • wow! bellissimo!!

  • muy bueno !

  • great initiative on the video.

even thinking that it's great, i don't know what to think about walkmen hanging with digital programmers...
