To record, connect the video output of your computer to a dvd recorder. Later you can rip the dvd with handbrake (free software) to an mp4 or avi or whatever you want.
I love Motion Dive & this is very basic to do. BUT they forgot one of the most important features and its why you dont see ALOT more incredible videos produced with it. They didnt include any way to record your videos into anything postable. Yes you can save all the actions you created, like a batch file that is tiny. But you cant record the actual video presentation. Too bad. Its VERY hard to figure out ways to record your video. Anyone got any ideas? Id love to put up some of my own.
I have version 3. Maybe its a tokyo version 3 though that I ran an english patch on. I never saw any timeline or output module. You got a link to the version your talking about?
Also on another note. I don't have the Ederol MIDI controller that now comes with most Motion Dive packages. Do you know of a MIDI controller to recommend that works great with Motion Dive?
Ok I've since figured out how to record my output and I've been posting some samples lately on my channel. I had to use a seperate screen recorder though. I just macro the performance first and then replay it with screen record up.
Using the demo, I see.

Get your hands on motion dive version 3. It has a timeline and an output module, witch they took out in the tokyo version
