Strange, £400m which could be easily paid for by the tax evaders and banks, and a stack load of contradictory promises which don't add up; for instance 'a fairer start for younger people'. Oh of course, increasing tuition fees, reducing EMA funding by 90%, axing funding for higher education (and soon schools) is definitely 'a fair start' Nick.
