You are right here. As it says in the video it helps free you of mechanical thoughts. There is much to learn to play at the higher levels but do it step by step.
I did this for the 1st time trying it on 9 holes....... and made 4 birdies and 5 par's.....this is the greatest thing that ever came aolng my sight.....and the last hole was a par 5 i drove 295 and im 15 years old....
