Maybe this explains why, although Native Americans closely resemble Asians and share a genetic heritage, their IQs and civilizational capacity has been far lower than Asians from Asia. Perhaps the introduction of black African genes precipitated the decline of the Native American IQ from 100+ (like Chinese, Japanese, Koreans) down to the low 90s-high 80s, where it is now.
