I don't believe the "certification of live birth" as issued by the Hawaii state department of health is necessarily a forgery. Those documents are issued for babies born abroad of Hawaii residents. Obama writes in his book that he has his original "long form" birth certificate. That is what will show where he was born, who his parents were and bears the signature of the doctor who delivered.
When no hospital will claim he was born there, no doctor or midwife steps forward, that's a problem.
When Obama mentioned the birth certificate in his book, he was writing about when he was in high school ~30 years ago. Whether he still has that or not doesn't matter. The Certification of Live Birth is a valid, legal, State certified birth certificate.

A certificate of live birth is available to anyone who can prove they were born on a certain day and place as verified by a official document or witness. Without a official document a witness could state anything they wanted if they didn't fear perjury charges. Also I don't recall seeing a place of birth in the newspaper announcement. If my daughter called me from Kenya to say see gave birth I would call the local paper and have an announcement posted so friends and family would know.

I don't believe the "certification of live birth" as issued by the Hawaii state department of health is necessarily a forgery. Those documents are issued for babies born abroad of Hawaii residents. Obama writes in his book that he has his original "long form" birth certificate. That is what will show where he was born, who his parents were and bears the signature of the doctor who delivered.
When no hospital will claim he was born there, no doctor or midwife steps forward, that's a problem.

When Obama mentioned the birth certificate in his book, he was writing about when he was in high school ~30 years ago. Whether he still has that or not doesn't matter. The Certification of Live Birth is a valid, legal, State certified birth certificate.

There are THOUSANDS of American citizens who were born abroad, and to be president, the requirement ISN'T that you be born in the US, just that you are a citizen of the US, which he is (not to mention it turns out HE WAS actually born in the US), and even if he wasn't, the fact that he's a citizen is enough. You are wrong! He has not produced a BC. The document he has produced is a certificate of live birth it is NOT the same thing. BCs state the doctors name, place of birth, plus many other facts about the birth and signatures. A certificate of live birth is basically just computer print out of the electronic data collected from a birth certificate. Easily faked and it takes a BC to verify that it is real. I happen to believe that he has a BC I just dont understand why the lack of transparency.

I am not a Nobama fan, but, we cannot question his birthright now. If there was doubt it should have been voiced before the election. To impeach him would cause more problems than America now faces, we are stuck with him until 2012, but we must be sure that his Cap and Tax,(he SAID it would skyrocket taxes), Healthcare fiasco(Sen. and Congress will not be included), Immigration plan(50 million more welfare recipients), and Card Check ( payback to the SEIU, NEA, UAW, etc.). do NOT become law.

A certificate of live birth is available to anyone who can prove they were born on a certain day and place as verified by a official document or witness. Without a official document a witness could state anything they wanted if they didn't fear perjury charges. Also I don't recall seeing a place of birth in the newspaper announcement. If my daughter called me from Kenya to say see gave birth I would call the local paper and have an announcement posted so friends and family would know.

Even if he was born in a different country, so what? I know that you have to be born in the country to become president, but at this point in time it is a dumb rule. What if someone was born elsewhere and stayed there for a year, then moved to America and stayed here for the rest of their life? That one year would deny them becoming president? Its a dumb rule.
