that's so true and scary but at least she has their daughters and grand children to help her cope with not having him there physically and have you ever noticed in all the pictures of her in public she wears a little gold heart shapped locket around her neck which I'm sure holds a picture of him so she always has a piece of him close to her heart that aches so deeply for him since he's been gone life isn't fair but knowing he's her guardian angel must be so very comforting to her
couldn't agree with you more satinecharm they were the closest thing to perfect as this inperfect world will ever get theirs was a marriage built on trust love and devotion that weathered so many hard knocks that most marriages wouldn't that it's made it all the harder to except he's gone and watch her struggling so valiently to rebuild the life they'd shared so beautifully may god bless her as she heals from the hurt of his abscence
@bornintheusa I feel the same way. 50 years is a long time to spend with someone day-in-and-day-out. I can't imagine the emptiness that a person feels when they come to the sudden realization that a person whose presence they've come to rely on, is gone. how do you get used to that? knowing the next time you see them, will be when you die yourself...
