People are willing to do all sorts of things to promote themselves, for pecuniary reasons, for power. People would kill for it. History has innumerable examples of this fact. If people are willing to commit atrocious murders for what they wanted, obviously, living together and spending time together is trivial. How exactly do you know they're "sleeping together"?
