actually, mrflint might be right. saying sieg heil in itself isn't a criminal act, but saying it to a crowd of agitated anti-israel demonstrators with a crowd of jews across the street might push it over the line. it's all about context. it could be seen as an incitement to violence, a criminal offence under the hate speech provision of the criminal code. and you're both right, what a loser that guy is.
