I got an idea,why dont the goverments stop bringing in planes and trucks full of coke,brown and weapons, legalize green give every family a self sufficient yard inna de hills and you will see a transformation overnight! goverments propose and people dispose consciously and subconsciously. deal with the root of the problem.

3:08..."everything contributes in factors" This video is awesome! Really good insights. The corrupt power structure/ Babylon system (mentioned here in the comments) uses music to keep the people from toppling the system. It keeps people from developing the mental/ spiritual capacity to see a valid solution. Stuff like sex, death, and lower-chakra-vibrating bass tones has a way of keeping people trapped at the level of the earth; unable to contemplate the vastness of eternity.
