Honestly, as a young foreign female in China whose Iphone was taken from me (ripped from my bag) right in front of my exchange school by a group of young Uyghurs minorities, I do not think it is just a stereotype- it may NOT be true that ALL Uygurs steal, however, some of them do engage in criminal activities such as theft. This video is perhaps a bit too emphatic, but it does raise awareness for civilians.

This video clip shows that the Chinese government's inhuman treatment towards Uyghur children. Those authorites have not felt guilty of showing such a video on children who could not get protection under the communist regime. Is there any other government in world put their young citizens in a situation like that? Those children are suffering under brutal regime. Shame on you!

@zkurban That is ultimately not what this video is about- I think it is definitely narrated in a propaganda type style, but it is trying to raise awareness of child thieves. I would know, since I was robbed of my Iphone while in China by one of these Uyghur-origin child thieves.
