One of many things I loved about this movie both original and current—is how Edward was genuinely intrigued by Janes unique qualities-although it started off for selfish reasons, him wanting her to be his mirror, he quickly falls in love with her mind and cherished her opinions. He wanted to KNOW her...Ha—oh, if only there were real Edwards in the world...

It's wonderful that, the music note "soars" when Rochester says "it would soar, cloud high..." to Jane. It seems that she, the caged bird, flies high above the sky with these words.

It's amazing.

this version has some beautiful scenes but the wilson-stephens version was the best. this is its bad copy largely. BUT really good OST.

I didn't like their interaction as much in Wilson-Stephens. She lacked some of the fire I love in Wasikowska's interpretation...

@Egemyo I didn't think this was a bad copy, but a very beautiful Jane Eyre movie:) Some of the scenes and even the acting were completely original.

beautiful scene in my opinion.
