yes, this is about soccer. It's about a boy who came from a prestigious school for soccer and they wouldn't let him play on their team because, frankly, he sucks. So, he transfers schools so that he can play. However, there are a lot of misconceptions along the way, such as the coach/supervisor lady saying that he was once a regular there, which was untrue.

@WingsofPhantom why do you care so much about that, I`ve seen so many people flip over it. in the US it`s the other way around. It`s like going nuts over the fact that water spins the other way around on the other side of the earth.

Also if you think it`s confusing hearing it on anime subs then you should see Canada, here it`s both soccer and football. We call the other game by it`s show name (NFL or CFL.) :o
