The union are the ones who told them to go on strike. It makes me sick when they sit there and say its corporate greed but it is actually the people who are demanding more for what they do. You should be thankfull you have a job in this economy and for having a worthless piece of shit president. You had the chance to go back to work when they gave you the offer and you turned it down!

Funny... I dont see one pile of beets sitting in any fields and as I recall ACS has done great this year.... without the union...

Obviously Mr "gleasjosh" knows nothing about these locked out workers...these unions are a waste of time and money?...i bet you don't have a clue of how much money is sitting in piles in fields, or the millions in damages from fires and other incidents at these plants has cost American Crystal due to the new inexperienced workers now running these plants, or how many generations of as you refer to them "lazy" union workers have spent decades making ACS the #1 beet sugar producer in the US

I think it's great what American Crystal has done with this union. Unions are a thing of the past and are a waste of time and money. The lockout has done nothing but make AC a stronger company. I think tumor was an understatement. All these whining union workers are lazy and if they really wanted a job they could go get one without the union. Kudos to American Crystal.... keep it up.... lock em out
