@Guryzin total bullcrap, so many hands are coming back over the top, see how deep they were? not massivlely. depending on the player it could be a number of hands. QQ for a short stack down to 10's all very possible depending.
That idiot shouldn't have got up. It's a huge tell. He cost himself a bunch of chips. Could have taken all of the guy's chips had he not just flashed neon signs to everyone at the table: I GOT ACES.
dont show the aces fool, you make him feel like a fuckin genius. i hate players that think theyre a genius, means they hero call more often and get it right
@aptand I think he did overbet it but the fact that he did make it 20K allowed him to know for sure it was AA....better to lose 20K then your whole stack. But yea, 3K raised to 20K is a bit of an overplay.
why did tom 3bet so much (1/3 of the other guy's stack) pf only to fold to reraise? wow. monster laydown but i think in long run it would be wrong. the other guy could have AQ, AK, QQ, JJ or worse depending on how much of a nit he is
Stupidest laydown ever.

what the hell is burgess doing?!?! what a dumbass
coryoreo25 3 weeks ago
Hmmm yeah. @ things come to my mind in that situation:
1. He can only do this with Aces if he's a decent player.
2. Statistically I must call just because I have KK (no thought to what he has) Last time I called and I was wrong. :))

Insane, it takes a lot of balls to lay KK down.

wasnt that hard of a laydown. ray charles could see an amateur wouldnt shove like that pre in a 10k main event unless he had AA,

It also depends what the blinds were at....if they were 600 max....maybe he prefered overbetting and not beeing cracked ...you never know

Let's say folding kings here is a good move, why the fuck did he 3bet it to 20k?

Love how in the background you can hear one of the other guys saying, "What was I doing in that pot?"

In general you never lay KK down pre...but this guy had an awesome read. And he earned a huge amount of respect at the table.

his acting when burgess made it all in by standing up gave away his hand. its called overacting. you can only overact when you have the goods.
