I've learned in the last 59 years of my life that everything we do, everyday of our lives is planned and it's our decision to accept and trust in Him. It has only been recently that I've come to this realization and accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and since that time I have found peace and joy in my life that has carried me through very difficult times and over flowed to fill my family as well. one thing that happened not long ago was that one morning i woke up and thought: 'what's the purpose in anything?' but when i listened to this song i realized that i should do everything to his glory.
Steven, this song sounds like the you back in the 1990s, it feels weightless - it makes me fly in my heart and it does encourage me to remember the message you deliver in it
this is a beautiful song, it really spoke to me because I have two little ones and the begining of this song is my everyday life, it makes me feel like I'm not doing anything special. I cried the first time I heard this song because it was what I really needed to hear. God bless Steven and continues to inspire him.

Aside from being talented, it is quite evident that he has made way for The Holy Spirit to inspire him both lyrically and instrumentally. This song is my new life theme. As a mom of 3 kids that stays at home and does not work outside the home, I sometimes wonder how all the housework I do every day fits into God's plan. This song has reminded me that everything that I do matters to God. I can do housework to the Glory of God!

I am a foster to adopt mother of special needs children. We have 7 children right now from 14 to 6 months. 4 of them right now are teen boys and most of their special needs are emotional issues along with being adopted and other forms of abuse. So for the past several months I have been dealing with issues ranging from simple disobedience to trouble with the law with them. I was feeling very frustrated, like an outcast, and a failure and a friend sent me this. HOW PERFECT!
I had a strange experience. The other morning I was heading into work, and my radio suddenly changed stations without touching it, and it came to the christian station right at the beginning of "Do Everything." I quickly realized that this song didn't match what I had been listening to, and thought maybe God was trying to tell me something through Mr. Chapman's song. It's encouraging to me to hear another Christian say basically give one hundred percent in whatever you do to glorify God. :)
I really love the song "Do Everything," not just it makes me groove everytime i hear it but the message hit me... thanks for writing this song.. you are truly a blessing Steven... and I want you to know that "you are my all time favorite christian singer" I got to know you because of your song "I will be here" :) love that song so much! and I saw you in our church years back here in the Philippines (Cathedral of Praise).. Great song, great lyrics and I totally agree with the idea that there is no separation between secular and spiritual. Everything we do is indeed a spiritual experience. There are no "time-outs" in religion, it all counts. Not only does this change my perspective in the little things I do, but it also gives me cause to re--evaluate the "little things" that I choose to do ( do they really glorify God). Praise God for your ministry.

I so wanted to send this song to my daughter for her 31st birthday this year as she is expecting her 4th child and 1st son!! It is so so so her.
