@nurbsenvi none so far.. But inspection prices are a bit high.. way higher than for example petrol powered Golf with a manual transmission. The DSG automatic gearbox has it's own oil and oil filters that need to be changed during inspections and it generates additional costs..

and i forgot u say that manual is safer (i dont know if u mean safe for the engine or it save fuel)

but both of facts are wrong

its runs about the same fuel as manual

and automatic can made a mistake and shift in 3rd by 140 instead of 5th (human can make a mistake)

But it's true that manual in more interresting than auto (auto is boring)

but is better for comfort ride

if u want to drive as comfort as you can than auto is way better

DSG is automatic

DSG has 2 clutches, and one holde the gear while the other on shift, so the power is always on the axle

more simple the accerlation is better also better than with manual transmition

and in free ride there is no nuber of gears, sou engine always works in perfet rpm-s so you get good fuel econnomy

but its weakness is that it can take only 350 Nm of tourqe (but that is no problem for petrol engine) it can tak 3,6 fsi which is in passat r36 (300 km and 350 Nm)

punk .. if you are turnig a car in automatic say 130km/h .. in 5th gear the car won't be in a good control.. en if it is manual you can give the 4th gear and run it like in 7 rmp .. you get more control of the car ! Imfao give facts !! not opinions .. Do you drive a car ?

if u would give 7000 rpm to a 2.0 tdi it would blow! diesel cars have a big torque in low rpm... its a diesel one and passat forever!!

so what? 1,4 even on 5000rpm still sucks :D besides the dsg in sport mode keeps the revs high, so you get immidiate acces to power at any time and it reduces gears several times faster than you can even move your hand. with this gearbox i can accelerate faster, change gears faster, reduce faster, keep the high revs easier and get quicker response than with a manual so tell me - where does this gearbox SUCK - except in your imagination..
