  • Lol I'm no genius with computers but my dad has taught me some stuff about them... First off try just turning off then turning back on your computer (you wouldnt believe hoe many times that worked when nothing else did O_o) if that doesn't work try hitting refresh if there is an option to do so if not then just try looking thru all the available options lol sorry if some of the stuff I suggested isn't there/ doesn't work or if I'm pointing out the obvious XD thats just what I know to do O_o

    i did try doing that ... i have posted this video for the company who does not want to refund my money when the program clearly does not work :O)
